Responsibilities-

• AnAccountingClerkplaysavitalroleinsupportingthefinancialoperationsofanorganizationbyperformingvariousadministrativeandclericaltaskswithintheaccountingdepartment

• Thepositioninvolvesaccuraterecord-keepingdataentryandcollaborationwithotherfinanceprofessionalstoensurefinancialtransactionsareprocessedefficiently

• Ensurethetimelyandpreciserecordingoftransactionsincludinginvoicesreceiptsandexpenses

• Processandverifyinvoicesensuringpropercodingandauthorization

• Prepareandissuepaymentstovendorswithinestablishedtimelines

• Reconcilevendorstatementsandresolvediscrepancies

• Followuponoverdueaccountsandresolvepaymentdiscrepancies

• Supporttheaccountingteaminmonth-endandyear-endclosingprocesses

• ProcessmatchcodeauditandvoucherA/Pinvoices

• Reconcilecheckswithvoucheredinvoicesandmaintainvendorfiles

• Distributinginvoicecopiestofinancestaffandotherrelevantdepartments
