Job Overview

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a warm demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Call Handling: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately; relay messages when necessary.

  • Inquiry Response: Provide information about the organization and its services in a professional manner.

  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments meetings and conference room bookings; update staff on changes.

  • Administrative Support: Assist various departments with routine administrative tasks as required.

  • Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked reception area.

  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive distribute and prepare incoming/outgoing mail packages and courier services.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent).

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
