Role Purpose

The role is responsible for carrying out all Test Day and Post-Test Day tasks for different exams ensuring everything runs smoothly and follows the required standards. It includes preparing exam materials managing activities on the exam day and completing all post-exam work accurately and on time.

Role Accountabilities

The role is responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant delivery of all exam operations from venue readiness and material management to post-test processes and customer service. It includes coordinating with internal teams on venue planning ensuring secure handling of exam materials and overseeing test day resources and procedures. The role also supports investigations manages post-exam activities such as result processing and candidate services and ensures timely resolution of customer queries. Additionally it involves maintaining strong coordination with stakeholders supporting audits and compliance checks gathering data for performance and incident reporting and managing operational challenges across multiple exam products and fluctuating workloads.

Role specific skills knowledge and experience

The role requires experience in managing confidential materials within a compliant regulated and fast-paced operational environment that delivers high standards of customer service. It is desirable for candidates to have strong teamwork skills experience with computer-based exams and prior involvement in settings that include children young people and adults. Knowledge of confidentiality data security and child safeguarding principles is important along with the ability to plan and deliver activities safely for under-18 candidates.

Further Information

Language: Strong English proficiency is crucial for this role requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate British Council systems and international operations.

Education: A degree in any subject or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Locally recruited: Applications are welcomed from candidates currently in this location with a natural right to work. Relocation support is not provided.
