Job Description

HCI provides the physical and virtualization layer (e.g. using Hyper-V and Storage Spaces Direct). The Senior developer/architect will be responsible for Azure Stack Hub which runs on top of this layer and enables Azure services to be run locally (e.g. VM App Services Kubernetes etc.).
As our senior developer you will be responsible for:
- Terraform: writing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates for deploying and managing resources in Azure Stack Hub.
- Automating provisioning processes (virtual machines networks storage etc.).
- Creating modular and reusable Terraform modules.
- Integration and scripting in Python scripts for resource management monitoring integration with APIs (e.g. Azure REST API).
- Automation of tasks not covered by Terraform (e.g. post-deployment configuration custom logic).
Required Skills & Experience :
Background in DevOps engineering/architecture within hybrid cloud and virtualization environments (e.g. Hyper-V Storage Spaces Direct).
Advanced knowledge of Terraform writing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code templates creating modular and reusable modules.
Hands-on experience with Azure Stack Hub and its services (VMs App Services Kubernetes etc.).
Automation of provisioning processes (virtual machines networks storage).
Experience with Python scripting for resource management monitoring and API integration (e.g. Azure REST API).
Ability to automate tasks beyond Terraform (e.g. post-deployment configuration custom logic).
Experience with CI/CD tools
Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
Active English knowledge
