Senior Aerospace Project Manager – Services & Connectivity

We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join us at Honeywell Aerospace in a member of theServices and Connectivity organizationyou will be part of a team responsible fordesign development and integrationof innovative connectivity solutions on product lines such as Flight Recorders Cabin Management Systems etc.

You will be responsible for new product development allowing you to specialize in an exciting niche within the aerospace engineering field and build up unique subject domain will grow your technical skills interact with multiple different stakeholders (engineering business teams suppliers customers and other partners). In addition to daily technical tasks you will be encouraged to think out of the box and come up with new ideas and or approaches how to grow our Services and Connectivity business.

This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Mentor and coach project engineers across Services & Connectivity organisation
• Manage projects using project management tool (MS Project Accolade SAP etc.)
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams define project schedules milestones and budgets and execute oversight and track projects against approved schedule scope and budget.
• Regular reporting to senior/executive leadership level
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues and overall risk management.
• Capital projects management monthly project updates.
• Track and report project KPIs
• Communicate issues with stakeholders/team and actively contribute to their timely resolution.
• Support S&C organization in productivity execution excellence and innovation initiatives

• University Degree
• over 10 years hands-on experience with managing R&D projects proven track record of End-To-End product development
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles practices and standards
• Proficiency in project management tools (Atlassian toolchain or similar) and methodologies PMP SAFE certification is advantageous.
• Business acumen and understanding business objectives.
• Experience working with demanding customers and managing suppliers.
• Enjoy working with data analyses and ability to present ideas/plans in a clear way.
• Executive level communication in English excellent mentorship skills
