As a ServiceAdministrator you will be responsible for coordinating and processing warranty claims in compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Process all warranty claims in a timely manner as the repair orders are closed
Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims track each claim until its final resolution
Book the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed
Informing the technician and department management of adjustments as they occur
Manage manufacturers company policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on warranty procedures and changes to manufacturer guidelines
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry
Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in software applications for processing warranty claims
