Job Title: Operational Readiness specialist
Location: 26 Davis Drive Research Triangle Park NC 27709 (Hybrid)- 3 day onsite and 2 remote after training
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 04:30 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch
Job Description - Operational Readiness specialist
- Create Gantt charts for innovation and management of change projects define project milestones and develop critical path of multiple projects in-progress at the same time to support operational readiness team (ORT) activities.
- Hands-on executing tasks and assign tasks to members take & maintain project notes & databases create records dashboards lessons learned and keep projects updated in Azure DevOps and Trackwise.
- Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and supervisor. Keep projects updated in Azure DevOps and Loop.
- Accountable for ensuring all launches and management of change tasks are completed by ORT members in Azure DevOps and Trackwise systems escalate issues and remove barriers to finish projects on time and within scope.
- Support ORT members facilitate calls for ORT members and lead problem solving activities to ensure project success and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.
- Work in SAP Hanna S4 to retrieve master data production and inventory information.
- Create and maintain launch dashboards in Loop.
- Lead Operational Readiness improvement activities and training.
- Issue monitor & close management of change requests.
- Support other team activities as needed.
Education and experience
- Bachelors degree with 2 years in Manufacturing Supply Chain or Quality.
- Proficient in Project management leading multiple projects and executing tasks at the same time.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps MS teams Power BI and Power Apps.
- Experience with SAP S3 or S4 is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Project Professional & Loop.
- year experience with Co-Pilot & Agentic AI is a plus.
