About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead – MIS (Management Information Systems) to lead our MIS team. The role involves managing end-to-end MIS reporting data analysis process automation and ensuring accurate timely and business-driven insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership ability and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the MIS team and oversee day-to-day reporting data management and analysis.
Design develop and deliver accurate MIS reports dashboards and performance trackers for management and business stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate data collation validation and dissemination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Operations HR etc.) to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel SQL Power BI Tableau or other BI tools.
Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement process improvements & automation.
Provide insights on business performance highlight trends and support management in strategic decision-making.
Train mentor and manage MIS team members ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Ensure data accuracy compliance and confidentiality at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong expertise in MIS reporting data analysis and business intelligence.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel SQL Power BI/Tableau (or similar visualization tools).
Strong understanding of data management dashboards and automation.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong leadership & people management skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize deadlines and deliver under pressure.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce Business Administration Statistics Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting with at least 2–3 years in a team lead/managerial role.
Experience in handling large datasets and working in a corporate/business environment.
Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives preferred.
