The role of the Business Director is a vital role in the team. Its one of the most senior roles in the company and will lead a business unit in Mailman. The scope includes determining and executing mid to long term strategies for the client.

Job Description

Marketing and business planning with a good acumen for the sports industry
Excellent communication in English and Chinese language
Strong execution capability
High level of organization / project management skills
Ability to produce high quality reports presentations and speak in English
Leadership skills including people management discipline and talent development
Work closely with the client to create & align on a business & marketing plan for China.
Expected to lead a larger marketing team on implementation
Tasked to look at the financial and staff performances.

Previous experience required are:

Passion for sports is critical.
Min. 10 years in brand marketing
Min. 5 years of experience working in MNC/global environment
Native Chinese language speaker with excellent Chinese and English reading & writing skills
Strong connections with business resource to bring in new clients to the team
Advanced knowledge of the Chinese digital media landscape
Direct experience in Chinese content development promotion and execution of social campaigns
Excellent planning presentation and people management skills
Professional discipline assertiveness responsiveness and great attention to detail
Experience managing a team excellent organization planning and people skills
Accountability for project requirements: decide and own it
