Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated reliable and dynamic Office Boy to ensure the cleanliness maintenance and smooth operation of our offices while providing logistical and administrative support to our teams. The candidate will also act as a courier and handle invoice payments for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in offices and common areas.

  • Welcome visitors and assist clients courteously.

  • Distribute mail internal documents and manage office supplies.

  • Monitor supply orders and inform management of any needs.

  • Perform logistical tasks including transporting small equipment and preparing rooms for meetings or events.

  • Act as a courier for internal and external deliveries.

  • Handle invoice payments and manage small financial transactions according to management instructions.

  • Provide occasional support to teams with simple administrative tasks (photocopying filing etc.).

Required Profile:

  • Age: 23 to 27 years

  • Min education level: Baccalaureat (High School Diploma)

  • Proficiency in French and English

Technical Skills:

  • Office cleaning and maintenance (cleaning organizing equipment handling)

  • Basic knowledge of office tools (Word Excel email)

  • Simple supply and inventory management

  • Adherence to hygiene and safety standards

  • Handling payments and simple financial transactions

  • Good knowledge of the city and ability to perform deliveries/courier tasks quickly and safely

Personal Qualities:
Punctuality discretion organizational skills teamwork good presentation and courtesy.
