Certificate of registration as physicians assistant issued by State Medical Board per Section 4730.03 & 4730.04 of Ohio Revised Code and have valid certificate to prescribe in accordance with ORC 4730.44.

  • What youll do at OhioMHAS:

    • Provide services under the supervision of control of a licensed physician
    • Interviews patients and assist in performing examinations and treatment
    • Assist on rounds
    • Note progress of patients during therapy and examinations
    • Assist with development and making recommendations for changes in treatment plan
    • Reviews medical records
    • Works with other team para-professionals
    • Attend treatment teams & medical staff meetings medical seminars and courses
    • Serve on various medical and agency committees

    This is anhourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union) with a pay range of#15on theOhio Health Care SEIU/1199Pay Range Schedule. This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road Northfield Ohio. Working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

    Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code the selected candidate will begin atStep 1 of the pay range schedule listed above with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

    Additional Salary / Appointment Information:

    3% increase July 1 2026.
