| Required Qualifications and Experience | Graduate/Post-graduate with 2 to 3 years Call Center experience Excellent communication and Leadership skills Knowledge of Dialer & campaign management Data analysis & Channel Strategy Coordination with inter department viz. Analytics IT Vendor Management and controlling attrition Coordination with channel partners for digital payment Monitoring channel partner wise / Agent wise productivity |
