Job Description

The Scope
We are looking for an engaged Procurement Manager who brings solid expertise in procurement and contract management and a passion for FSCs mission to work with us in a multinational environment.
You will be part of a team dedicated to driving effective sourcing robust contract management and supplier performance to support FSCs mission.

Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on all procurement contract processes and supplier management activities
  • Draft review and negotiate commercial terms of high-value procurement contracts including framework and service agreements.
  • Conduct and supportRFXprocesses includingnegotiationcontract award and finalization.
  • Review and approve contractual terms in the DocuSign system and other contract management platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Legal team on legal clauses (e.g. liability governing law intellectual property data protection) when issues arise or require escalation.
  • Ensure compliance with FSCs procurement policy procedures and applicable standards.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of procurement and contract management policies procedures and ERP processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract management and proper implementation of procurement policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and coordinate renewals amendments and close-out activities.
  • Support Procurement Officers and colleagues on best practice in contract management and supplier engagement.
  • Manage supplier relationships including onboarding and day-to-day communication ensuring suppliers meet agreed performance standards.
Your profile
Education and Training:
  • University degree or equivalent training/experience in Business Administration Procurement Contract Management or Law.
Working Experience Style and Skills:
  • At least5 years of professional experience in procurement and contract managementwith responsibility for complex or high-value contracts.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial terms at senior level and guiding colleagues in contract best practices.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a solution- and service-oriented approach.
  • A strong sense for diligence and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and structural skills.
  • Familiarity with financial processes (e.g. budgeting invoicing spend monitoring) is an advantage
  • Previous experience in legal contract reviewis a plus.
Language&Communication Skills:
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • German isstrongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; inclusive and able to build sound professional relationships globally.

DigitalSkills good skills in the use of/experience with:
  • Standard software packages (MS Office).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

The Fine Print
  • Location: Bonn/Germany
  • Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
  • Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible subject to satisfactory performance).
