About the Role

You will be responsible for planning preparing and delivering high-quality EOIs and tender submissions across civil infrastructure projects.

From interpreting client requirements and shaping win themes through to drafting compelling content and coordinating multiple stakeholder inputs youll play a key role in securing projects that grow our business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate EOIs and tender submissions to ensure accuracy compliance and timeliness;
• Draft and refine persuasive written content including methodologies CVs and project profiles;
• Analyse client documentation to identify risks opportunities and win themes;
• Collaborate with SMEs project teams and subcontractors for high-quality inputs;
• Provide quality review and editing support across the submissions team;
• Maintain records in HubSpot and contribute to the content library;
• Facilitate submission-related workshops and meetings to maintain momentum.

About You

In addition we would like you to have:

• Proven experience managing complex high-value bids in the civil construction mining or infrastructure sectors;
• Exceptional drafting and editing skills with strong attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (essential);
• Experience with Canva InDesign or HubSpot (desirable);
• Be proactive organised and collaborative approach to managing deadlines;
• Have a degree in Business Communications or related field (highly advantageous).
