Join Star Group of Companies Australia as a Project Manager and deliver impactful electrical and infrastructure projects across Sydneys Rail Roads and Water sectors.
Based on site and supported by our wider project and leadership teams this role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on project delivery with strong leadership ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role will report into the Construction manager and running a team of site managers tradespeople and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on major infrastructure projects across Rail Roads and Water
- Lead project delivery with a strong focus on health safety quality and environmental compliance
- Manage project budgets procurement subcontractors and cost control to achieve financial targets
- Coordinate labour resources and support site teams with workforce planning
- Develop and manage project programs aligned to scope budget and timelines
- Ensure project documentation is accurate compliant and up to date
- Provide regular reporting on progress costs risks and key milestones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical project management or site management (desirable).
- Hold a valid Electrical License or relevant electrical trade qualification
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans directing the project team
- Solid construction industry knowledge across multiple trades
- Strong leadership organisational and problem-solving skills
