Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform critical Accounts Receivable functions for Boeings government defense customers

  • Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures

  • Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders

  • Engage with the business to assess internal and external factors their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives

  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance

  • 1 years of experience in Accounting or Finance

  • Work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience analyzing interpreting preparing and reconciling financial information

  • Experience working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment

  • 1 years of experience working with Accounts Receivable research

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
