Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing this role you will support the design coordination and implementation of leadership programs aimed at enhancing performance and advancing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior managers to identify potential leaders analyze performance trends and contribute to developing an engaging organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programs and workshops.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify high-potential employees for growth opportunities.
Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training and development strategies.
Conduct research on industry trends to enhance leadership models and best practices.
Prepare reports presentations and performance summaries for management.
