We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with various departments to assist in the management of the sales process handling administrative tasks and coordinating efforts for a seamless workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the team with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and reports.
- Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries provide timely responses and resolve any customer issues as needed.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales reports tracking sales performance and providing insights to the sales team.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled.
- Telephonic Communication: Make and receive telephonic calls to customers to follow up on inquiries provide information and resolve any concerns.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Organize and coordinate meetings calls and appointments for the customer meet.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating sales events or trade shows as needed.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination particularly in B2B domain
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheets
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
