Senior Sales Executive, APAC x Japan STOXX and DAX Indices

Overview:

ISS STOXX is currently seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team bringing world class STOXX & DAX Indices to new and existing clients in Asia Pacific ex Japan. The position will be based in Hong Kong reporting to the Head of Asia Pacific Sales.

• You take pride in owning your sales strategy and executing it to fruition managing the revenue generation process from Prospect-to-Sale.
• You are a professional who can work independently and collaborate with internal stakeholders remotely to communicate ISS STOXX value proposition and partner with clients to optimize their investment impact.
• Overall you are someone who exhibit an aptitude for sales with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications:

• A Sales Professional with around 10 years of experience in Sales preferably from the Financial Services industry and a proven track record selling into Buy Side/ Sell Side/ Asset Owner segments with a good understanding of the investment process
• Solid understanding of passive investment products and well connected with product issuers and distributors.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills strong active listening skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping the client/prospect solve their business problems.
• Understand the need to secure revenues for the Company in the short term but also demonstrate customer-facing skills necessary to build long-term business relationships with clients.
