Were working with a busy well-established Main Contractor who have an expanding pipeline of projects and are now looking to an experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their team.

The Role

Youll be joining a contractor with a diverse project portfolio and a strong order book with current and upcoming work including all locally based.

Social housing projects in Bristol & Birmingham (up to 5.5m)
Industrial units care homes and new build housing
Opportunities to work alongside their sister companies undertaking a wide variety of specialist projects.

What Theyre Looking For

Ideally from a Tier 2 main contractor/refurbishment background
Commercially aware proactive and confident in managing projects from start to finish.
