We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join our thriving Building Consultancy team in London. As part of a dynamic and expanding group youll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of commercial consultancy services. This role offers real scope for professional growth with increasing responsibility in project delivery client engagement and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services including:
- Dilapidations
- Technical Due Diligence
- Contract Administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to business development and client retention efforts
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Project & Development Services team
Work on projects across the UK and Europe with a focus on commercial real estate

Skills & Experience:

MRICS-qualified with 12 years post-qualification experience
Strong experience in core Building Surveying services
Commercially aware with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised methodical and able to manage a busy workload
Self-motivated and proactive with a client-focused mindset
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Experience with investor and occupier clients across a range of sectors
