Requirements:
Education:
- (QS) degree or equivalent qualification
Professional Registration:
- Current registration with SACQSP (South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession)
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional consulting Quantity Surveying experience
- Principal Agent experience is highly advantageous
- Proven track record in property/construction project planning and execution
Technical Competencies Required
Software and Systems:
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
Contract Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of JBCC contract documentation and full application
- In-depth understanding of construction contracts and administration
