$100000 - $110000 Benefits package
Are you an experienced Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry
The Externals Group are looking for a Project Manager in Norfolk to work with a well known and established commercial roofing contractor who specialize in the delivery of high-quality roofing solutions to commercial properties nationwide. You will be planning and controlling each stage of the project from pre-constructions right through to completion of installation & repairs for multiple commercial projects.
A Day in the Life:
- Manage all phases of roofing projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
- Oversee on-site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Review project plans estimates and contract documents to ensure project success.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Project Management
- Experience in Commercial Roofing systems such as Single Ply Asphalt Hot & Cold Applied and Metal Roofing.
- Great multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at the one time.
