Join our dynamic UK Demand Generation team and play a pivotal role in driving our social media campaigns to new role will execute marketing campaigns on always-on social media channels to drive continued growth in acquisition volume and improvements in investment efficiency.
How will you make an impact in this role
Lead Paid Social Media marketing campaigns to support the growth of UK acquisition
Work with multiple agencies and advertising platforms to optimize influence and obtain the strongest value and best outcomes for Amex while maintaining attention to detail and governance.
Maintain a pipeline of test-and-learn opportunities to create growth opportunities for the future including scoping testing and validating new channels.
Contribute to the acquisition strategy by identifying and proposing new insights
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deploy targeting & bidding strategies ad-tech capabilities and creative messaging to excite and convert prospects
Support forecasting budgeting and performance analysis
Essential Skills:
Proven track record in a marketing function either in a media agency setting or within a marketing team with subject-matter expertise in social media being a definite advantage
Ability to work within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while retaining attention to detail over essential brand and compliance policies
Solid understanding and experience of media planning and buying across online channels
Good understanding of the creative development process
Highly motivated resilient and proactive self-starter who can take initiative
Proficiency in analysing data and pulling valuable insights
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo
Comfortable working with agility and at pace finding a way around obstacles and challenges effectively and with a positive attitude
Conscientious team player who is ready to make their mark through a high profile role
Desired skills:
Experience/confidence working with large advertising budgets
Curiosity about the financial services industry and innovation in the digital marketing space
