Bonita National is looking for a well-organized and motivated Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in an exciting and fast-paced environment in our administrative office. As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our Country Club members guests and visitors. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will greet members and guests who visit the office in a professional and welcoming manner. You will coordinate front-desk activities including distributing correspondence answering and directing phone calls responding to phone messages in a timely manner and handling mail and other clerical duties.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly and politely greets and welcomes all visitors that arrive at the office.
- Directs visitors and callers to the appropriate staff member utilizing employee and department directories.
- Maintains full knowledge of the administrative staff ownership management company and the country club.
- Using a multi-line telephone answers and appropriately routes all incoming calls for various business departments with courtesy speed and accuracy. Presents a professional courteous demeanor when notifying personnel.
- Provides general and accurate information regarding routine inquiries from members and refers to non-routine sensitive and/or complex requests for information and other inquiries or complaints to the Office Manager.
- Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer inquiries complaints or disputes.
- Responsible for the gathering and management of data pertaining to new membership registration and keeping the record up to date.
- Assists new members with registration check-in and membership assignment following proper procedures.
- Process payments via credit card check and member charge accounts.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy clutter-free and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms and brochures.)
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (member systems logbook and visitor cards.)
- Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopying scanning transcribing data entry and record keeping.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Hours & Benefits
- Required Schedule: Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays are required.

- High School Graduate or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work projects
