Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor: Inspire a dynamic team of software and DevOps engineers coaching both internal talent and outsourcing partners to reach peak performance.

• Drive Reliability: Own global KPIs for service stability and performance championing DevOps as a core discipline driven by automation.

• Innovate Tooling: Spearhead the creation and deployment of automated solutions that significantly enhance productivity for over 11000 internal users.

• Collaborate Globally: Act as a crucial bridge between E-Tools and other engineering departments to ensure seamless integration and technical excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven Leadership: 8 years in cloud/SaaS environments with at least 2 years of experience successfully managing engineering teams.

• Technical Foundations: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field with a deep understanding of lean and agile methodologies.

• Strategic Communication: Excellent negotiation and mentoring skills with the ability to analyze complex data into actionable insights.

Bonus Points For:

• Cloud proficiency in AWS Azure or GCP.

• Hands-on scripting experience in Python TypeScript or Go.

  Familiarity with AI-driven tools like GitHub Copilot or Datadog AI to automate anomalies and tasks.
