Ecolab is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent I to join our team in Budapest Hungary. As a Senior Customer Service Agent I youll support specialized and distributor accounts using your experience and judgment to resolve more complex customer issues. Youll be a trusted partner to our customers and field associates handling a steady volume of inbound calls while maintaining accurate records and ensuring every interaction reflects Ecolabs commitment to service excellence.
What You Will Do:
Address on average 40 - 60 inbound inquiries (calls and emails) each day from internal & external customers while following department guidelines;
Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM;
Process customer confirmations and investigate shipment status;
Interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle;
Achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality.
What you will need:
Advanced level of German and English (minimum C1);
Good MS Office skills;
Strong customer orientation;
Effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach;
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
Embrace repetition of core job duties in a fast-paced environment;
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is considered an advantage;
Experience using Customer Service software or/and SAP is considered an advantage;
