Commercial Sales Account Manager DACH (Barcelona Hybrid)

Location: Barcelona Spain Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite in our vibrant city-centre office)

About the Role

As a Commercial Sales Account Manager for DACH your primary focus will be on expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships within Boomis high-volume commercial segment. Youll partner with current customers to understand their evolving needs uncover opportunities for growth and ensure theyre leveraging Boomi to its fullest potential.

This is a strategic relationship-focused role where your ability to build trust and deliver value will directly drive customer success and retention.

What Youll Do

  • Grow and expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell cross-sell and renewal opportunities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.

  • Use consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions that address customers evolving challenges.

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet growth targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Engage cross-functional teamsincluding customer success solutions consulting and marketingto deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

  • Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.

  • Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in relationship-based account management or sales experience ideally within SaaS cloud or integration solutions.

  • Strong German and English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies (preferred).

  • A customer-first mindset strong business acumen and a passion for driving growth within existing accounts.

  • Collaborative proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
