Job Summary
Join us as an Influencer Management Executive where youll coordinate with clients creators and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution from start to finish. Youll manage briefs timelines reporting and support livestream operations while also handling key operational tasks like creator profiles and rate cards. What Youll Do
- Coordinate with internal BD creators and clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish.
- Support in briefing creators managing timelines and ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives.
- Track campaign progress performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reporting.
- Be flexible to work evenings when required to support livestream operations and ensure campaign success.
- Assist the BD team in operational duties such as maintaining creator profiles updating rate cards and handling administrative tasks.
- Manage communications between internal teams (e.g. creative finance) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients creators).
- Ensure compliance with agreements contracts and deliverables.
- Identify areas to streamline workflows and improve campaign/operations efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies for creator engagement and campaign success.
Who You Are
- Graduate Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication/Creative/Art/Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year prior experience working in Influencer agencies or experience in managing content creators / influencers is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
- Fluency in Chinese English & Bahasa both verbal and written (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while professionally managing pressure and emotions under high-intensity work.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for detail and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- A Strong Communicator: Youre confident in liaising with creators clients and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with platforms like excel project management tools and social media analytics is a plus.
