Provide support to the Human Resources department in all aspects to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and service. Provide a positive experience thorough communication and lasting relationships with staff and the public.

As an HR Specialist you will guide employees through their journey of employment from start to finish and everything in between.
For example but not limited too:
- New employee onboarding Workers Compensation employee safety & wellness benefits data entry recruitment district wide and community engagement.
- Make recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency within the department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Strong computer skills: software management applications technical troubleshooting skills and system analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Google Platform.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills utilizing positive conflict management strategies.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail problem solving organizational and time management skills.
- Successful experience working with confidential information.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and high volume work environment.
- If bilingual communicate and assist our Spanish speaking population in all aspects of the job.
