The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager supports the planning coordination and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance the companys visibility and promote its project and construction management consulting services. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities developing proposals and presentations coordinating campaigns across digital and print platforms and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. The Marketing Manager works closely with business development project teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing materials and campaigns that align with client and company needs.

What You Will Do Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans that align with company goals.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital social media email and event platforms.
• Prepare proposals presentations and marketing collateral with consistent branding and messaging.
• Maintain the company website and social media accounts ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Conduct basic market research to support business development and client engagement strategies.
• Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the organization of company events conferences and industry trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project information success stories and thought leadership content.
• Assist with budget tracking for marketing activities and vendor coordination.
