The Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Demand Gen Lead will own the strategy and execution of WJAs digital campaigns ensuring consistent and high-converting lead generation that feeds directly into sales pipeline. - Campaigns not only run they convert with measurable impact on qualified leads and booked prospect meetings.
- Youve improved what exists added new channels for growth and helped us track the entire funnel from ad spend to revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn Meta email and web by building ads workflows landing pages and reporting.
- Translate content (blogs videos thought leadership awards) into multi-channel demand gen campaigns.
- Partner with Client Development on account-based campaigns sales enablement tools and prospecting initiatives.
- Collaborate with Communications/Creative to ensure brand-aligned messaging and over time influence content strategy.
- Manage campaign timelines agency deliverables and eventually interns/junior staff.
- Provide recommendations on ad budget allocations and platform strategy with a path to owning budget decisions.
- Maintain and improve HubSpot campaigns workflows and reporting dashboards; collaborate on CRM/data integrity strategy.
- Build attribution models that connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue optimizing over time.
- Test and scale new channels (beyond LinkedIn/Meta/email) optimized for our audience.
Qualifications- 810 years of experience in digital marketing demand generation or growth marketing (B2B/professional services preferred).
- Proven track record driving pipeline growth through digital channels (LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads email nurture campaigns).
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM/automation platform).
- Strong project management skills ability to manage multiple projects stakeholders and vendors simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring/managing interns agencies or junior marketers.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing attribution models and sales enablement tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out while still willing to execute tactically when needed.
- Data-driven curious and always looking for ways to improve performance.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary Range: $130000-$150000/year plus 20% bonus based on company and individual performance
