The Role and What Youll Do:

The Manager of Development role is to oversee the coordination and execution of our creative development pipeline serving as the central hub for project advancement and partner collaboration. This role requires scheduling and preparing all pitch meetings ensuring materials are polished and teams are aligned for each presentation opportunity. The manager will maintain ongoing relationships with our external partners production companies and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Mapping and maintaining our development slate tracking project status and recommending strategic additions or adjustments.
  • Creative participationcontributing to concept development providing feedback on materials participating in brainstorming sessions and helping shape projects from initial idea through pitch-ready presentation.
  • Balance strong organizational and project management skills with creative instincts and the ability to juggle multiple projects across various stages of development.

You Have These:

  • Strong understanding of the media entertainment and digital content landscape with a particular fluency in the intersection of creative and commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication presentation and executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized proactive and resourceful.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership (e.g. C-suite Chairman/President level) and managing sensitive high-impact initiatives.
  • Familiarity with IP development pitch positioning and/or content packaging is a strong plus.
  • 5 years development project management and executive support.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications knowledge skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages which include base rate along with as applicable short- and long-term incentives growth and developmental opportunities and robust benefits such as health care retirement vacation and other paid time off and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$63750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$85000 annually
