The opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy and Transformation Consultant to join our this role you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategic plans optimize operating models and lead transformational initiatives that enhance organizational performance and competitiveness

Your key responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

Conduct market research industry benchmarking and internal diagnostics to support strategy development.

Design and deliver strategic plans including vision mission goals and roadmaps.

Advise clients on growth innovation and competitive positioning.

Business Transformation

Lead or support enterprise transformation programs including digital operational or cultural initiatives.

Redesign organizational structures processes and capabilities to align with strategic objectives.

Develop transformation roadmaps business cases and implementation plans.

Change Management

Assess change readiness and stakeholder impact.

Develop and execute communication training and adoption strategies.

Partner with HR and business leaders to embed new ways of working.

Operational Improvement

Identify performance gaps using data-driven approaches.

Recommend and implement process optimization and cost-reduction strategies.

Establish KPIs dashboards and continuous improvement frameworks.

Technology Enablement

Align business strategy with digital capabilities.

Support technology assessments solution design and enterprise system rollouts (e.g. ERP CRM).

Collaborate with IT and innovation teams to pilot new tools or platforms.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or related field (MBA or Masters preferred).
• 37 years of experience in management consulting internal strategy or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in strategic planning operational improvement or change leadership.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Agile Six Sigma or Design Thinking is a plus.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Experience in industry e.g. financial services healthcare manufacturing.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel PowerPoint Power BI/Tableau and project management software.
• Exposure to ERP or CRM implementations (e.g. SAP Salesforce).
• Certification in PMP Prosci (Change Management) or similar is an advantage.
