Job Description

Are you a driven and adaptable professional with a passion for sales and customer service We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team in this role you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and closing deals to ensuring customer retention and conducting business reviews. Your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and enhancing their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales process ensuring a seamless journey from initial contact to closing deals and beyond.
  • Educate clients on our superior diagnostics portfolio and its impact on improving patient outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market trends competitive services and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and nurture key relationships contributing to a strategic business plan aimed at rapid revenue growth.
  • Focus on both current product offerings and new product launches to maximize market penetration.
  • Deliver timely resolutions and outstanding service to clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems for accurate data entry weekly reporting and ongoing pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable with a competitive drive to achieve results.
  • Proven ability to close deals and excel in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and an understanding of client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Experience with medical provider groups health systems or related fields is advantageous.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical industry.
  • Sales experience in sectors such as Primary Care Internal Medicine Oncology Endocrinology and others.
