Primary Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Information Systems or related field.
    • 35 years of experience in product management preferably with Salesforce.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM including Apex Visualforce and SOQL.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
    • Salesforce certifications (Administrator Platform Developer or Technical Architect) are a plus.

    • Job Summary
      The Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy development and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions. This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities ensuring the Salesforce platform delivers maximum value to users and aligns with organizational goals.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and maintain the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
    • Build strategic partnerships across departments (Sales Marketing Finance etc.).
    • Gather and analyze feedback from users stakeholders and customers to refine product features.
    • Product Development & Lifecycle Management
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
    • Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation development launch maintenance and retirement.
    • Collaborate with developers designers and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
    • Platform Management
    • Manage Salesforce configurations including roles permissions workflows dashboards and reports.
    • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
    • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Define and track KPIs such as customer satisfaction adoption rates conversion rates and sales cycle time.
    • Use data analytics to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Conduct training and provide support to internal teams on Salesforce usage.

    • Required Qualifications
