Technical Service Specialist

As aTechnical Service Specialist youll be at the heart of our missionensuring our diagnostic instruments perform at their best to support accurate and timely patient care. Youll play a key role in maintaining and upgrading our systems supporting installations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What Youll Do
- Be thefirst line of supportfor Abbott Ambassadors resolving service issues efficiently (under 4 hours labor time).
- Plan and execute maintenanceactivities to ensure optimal instrument performance.
- Assist withinstrument installations and deinstallations contributing to seamless transitions for our clients.
- Supporthardware and software upgrades(TSBs) to keep systems up to date.

- Contribution toeconomic growth and profitabilityin your district
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degreeor equivalent experience in:
- Mechanical Electrical Biomedical Biotechnology or Clinical Engineering
- 23 years of experiencein a similar technical service role
- Proven ability toengage with lab staff and healthcare professionals
- Strongtechnical expertisein diagnostic instruments
- Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency inanalytical tools and software
