Diversity Equity and Inclusion at OCS
The purpose of the position is to perform technical assignments monitor initiate and implement procedures necessary to perform child support centralized functions relating to enforcement system maintenance and customer service. This is a position where the employees perform duties that involve finding resolution on specific case or system-related issues or handling projects that involve utilizing a centralized process. The employee gathers data and performs other statistical compilations as required. Employee may serve as the first level of contact for DHHS staff OCS Child Support Specialists Prosecuting Attorney staff (PA) Friend of the Court staff (FOC) and child support case members; providing technical assistance in resolving centralized enforcement or customer service-related issues. This position is required to perform liaison activities with FOC staff OCS staff and other partners and stakeholders in assisting with customer service system maintenance or enforcement issues.

Education
Education typically acquired through completion of high school.
ExperienceThe physical location of this position is Romney Building Floor 12 111 S Capital Ave Lansing MI. Based on operational needs and within established limits remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered.
Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview
