Job Description : Regional Sales Manager
About the role:
Regional Sales Manager is core to growing business on TenderHealthtech consult platform. The person is responsible for the business growth and majorly driving product adoption for making the consult platform an obvious choice for Doctors.
What you will do:
Be the face of TenderHealth Tech Consult platform in the region and an ideal leader for the team.
Responsible for leading the Doctor Acquisition (Lead Management to Customer Success) channel in the assigned region.
Building Training a strong sales and service teams.
Passion first approach in achieving the targets and preparing the team for an inspiring MOM growth by DAU and MAU performance.
Analysing market specific requirements and coordinating with cross functional teams for improving the quality of product.
Be a major stakeholder in product evolution.
Stay in constant touch with all the Doctors using the platform by meeting them physically. What you should have:
Qualifications-Any gradute.
Prior exposure/work-ex in Healthcare/HealthTech products is an advantage but not mandatory.
Best in Client account and Relationship management skills.
Target Obsessed and passion driven contributor.
Be the front runner in taking up futuristic responsibilities.
Minimum 2 Years of Leadership work-ex who can lead the team from forefront.
