About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an AssetManagement Officer to join Programmed working under Strategic Asset Management- Asset Data & Information Team. This integral role based in Burswood will support the operations across several major contracts. It will see you excel and develop your skillset within a high performing team that is responsible forasset capture assessment ongoing updates and management of registers to support evidence-based decisions for improved asset performance and risk management. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for data management of multiple asset registers. There are also elements of data collection and data analysis to the highest standard.
Nature of the position: Permanent Full Time
Location: Perth Burswood(flexible work arrangements)
Reporting Line: Asset Data & Information Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the collection documentation and condition assessment of assets across client sites.
- Analyse complex data sets to ensure accuracy and inform decision-making.
- Identify asset defects and assess corrective actions based on risk and asset type.
- Support field officers during on-site assessments.
- Prepare and deliver reports and documentation within required timeframes and standards.
- Work proactively to resolve data quality issues and improve asset management processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
About You
- Background in Facilities Construction Engineering or Asset Management.
- Certificate in Asset Management (highly regarded).
- Experience in data analysis and asset condition assessments.
- Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (data analysis and bulk data manipulation).
- Experience in coding (VBA Python etc. highly regarded)
- Experience with Asset Management Systems (AMS) or CMMS.
- Drivers Licence
- Full Australian Working Rights
