Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Option to work part time or full time - 2 3 or 5 days a week
- Based at our 41 bed aged care facility in Mosman
- Plan and deliver activity programs that cater to residents needs and preferences
- Accompany residents on outings enabling them to take part in social events
- Support residents with mobility nutrition and hydration management and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
- Build strong respectful relationships with residents families and staff
- Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents care

About you
- Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care or Community Support Worker
- Proactive autonomous compassionate excellent communication skills and able to build strong rapport with residents
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
- Working rights in Australia is essential
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination or willingness to obtain
