Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support and administrative services in relation to vehicle fleet management & general administrative service
- Assist in performing landlord role to provide all spectrum of administrative services such as assisting in the coordination of building repair & maintenance of the facilities and office supplies; handling documentation and inquiries compiling reports processing payments working with internal users and external contractors etc.
- Perform other administrative work as assigned and when required
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Excel PowerPoint etc.
