Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for Salesforce-related activities within the organization.
- Configure maintain and optimize Salesforce to support Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Implement and support DealHub CPQ to streamline pricing quoting and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Finance Operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and security within the CRM environment.
- Provide end-user training and support for Salesforce functionalities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce processes.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud / Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Strong knowledge as a Salesforce Administrator including user management data management workflows and reporting.
- Experience implementing and maintaining DealHub CPQ or other CPQ solutions.
- Solid understanding of CRM best practices integrations and customization.
- Ability to gather analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Advanced English
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Advanced Administrator CPQ Specialist).
- Experience with API integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of data migration and data cleansing strategies.
