About the role
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Information Technology services to ensure agreed service level targets are met. The role is responsible for improving the visibility performance and reliability of services by driving process owners technology owners project managers and operations teams across ITSS and suppliers to deliver high quality IT services.
