We pride ourselves on precision efficiency and innovation and are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead our projects from concept to completion.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction & Engineering Project Manager with a strong technical background and the ability to manage projects end-to-end. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and engineering projects ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Read interpret and create 2D and 3D plans drawings and specifications.
Develop detailed project schedules budgets and resource plans.
Coordinate and lead project teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all health safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders providing regular progress updates and reports.
Solve complex project issues proactively ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction or Engineering Project Manager.
Proven ability to read and create 2D and 3D plans accurately.
Experience working with high end power tools
An experience and/or knowledge of CNC would be beneficial!
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry best practices.
Excellent project management skills including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant qualifications in construction engineering or project management are highly desirable.
