About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.
Whether supporting students staff systems or services youll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service teamwork and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic forward-thinking college where your skills and contribution are truly valued.
The College is looking to appoint a part-time Receptionist who will be responsible for providing an efficient and welcoming reception service for students staff and visitors to the College. You will also be required to operate the Colleges switchboard postal services and to assist with other clerical duties. You must have experience of customer facing roles and ideally have reception switchboard and/or clerical experience.
A flexible approach to working hours is essential:
Monday 12:00pm to 5:30pm
Tuesday - 12:00pm to 4:30pm
Wednesday 12:00pm to 5:30pm
Thursday 12:00pm to 4:30pm
Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Requirements
Must-Have:
Minimum of Level 2 qualification or equivalent competency in Communication/Literacy and Numeracy/Maths or willingness to achieve in a specified timescale
Experience of dealing with people in a customer facing environment
Experience of reception and/or clerical experience
Knowledge of computer systems
