• Own platform-level testing for a major digital insurance transformation
• Lead automated regression and functional batch testing across BAU and delivery

As Test Manager for the Duck Creek Policy Platform youll lead platform-level testing strategy and execution across delivery. Youll ensure governance quality gates and data-driven assurance while coordinating automated regression functional batch testing and CAB readiness.

What Youll Do

• Lead the creation and execution of test strategies and plans for the Duck Creek Policy Platform
• Provide governance quality gates and assurance across delivery and BAU phases
• Coordinate automated regression testing and functional batch testing including Docs & Notices
• Ensure CAB readiness through structured planning reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage test environments tooling and defect triage
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices reporting and stakeholder communication

What Youll Bring

• Experience in test management within large-scale insurance or digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of SDLC STLC and defect management processes
• Proficiency in Jira Zephyr Confluence and test automation tools
• Ability to lead and coach test teams across functional and non-functional testing
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement with a focus on data-driven reporting and governance
• A strong presence and ability to drive team performance
• ISTQB Foundation and Agile certification (ICP or equivalent) preferred
