Systems Analyst

Rocky Bay is a growing organisation that is looking for a talented and motivated Applications Systems Analyst to join its dynamic and agile business transformation this role you will assist in the development of business opportunities and deliver innovative and diverse business solutions.

You will enjoy variety in your role and be keen to develop your professional skills. While you will be involved in project work you will also work on the development and maintenance of systems such as:

• Application Support
• Business Analysis
• Project Management
• Business Partnering

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and execution of solution configuration implementation testing and documentation in accordance with contemporary development practices engaging with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning testing and delivery of system upgrades.
• Provide technical support to the business for managed systems.
• Demonstrate analytical reporting and analysis capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Information Systems Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• 2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Experience with Salesforce (Lumary / Skedulo).
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile Prince etc.
