Salary: $50000 $65000 per year (Based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our Kingsburg CA location. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills healthcare administration experience and a passion for delivering excellent patient service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
Supervise administrative and clinical staff
Manage scheduling billing and patient records
Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to healthcare regulations
Coordinate with insurance companies and manage claims
Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies
Assist with marketing and community outreach
Report clinic performance to leadership
Qualifications:
Experience in medical or chiropractic office management (required)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of insurance billing and coding
Familiarity with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Understanding of HIPAA and California healthcare laws
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
