Track and Drive Progress Collect behavioral data to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with Families Work closely with parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across home school and community settings.
Bring Treatment Plans to Life Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with precision and care.
Maintain Clear Communication Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA and collaborate on strategies for optimal outcomes.

Our mission is to deliver evidence-based intensive multidisciplinary and collaborative pediatric therapy that empowers children and their families to achieve their fullest potential. Our neighborhood therapy centers make it easy for families to access a comprehensive approach to therapy offering Speech Therapy Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy ABA Therapy and Feeding/Swallowing Therapy in one center.

Get paid while you train We provide hands-on training and cover the costs of your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification plus a $1 raise upon certification.
Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team Work alongside ABA PT OT and Speech Therapists in a supportive environment.
Clinic-based work No driving required! Therapy sessions take place in our neighborhood therapy centersno in-home visits.
Flexible work opportunities Choose from 17 clinic locations across Southeast Michigan with full-time and part-time roles available.
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disorders preferred but not required.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to upholding the RBT Ethics Code.
Ability to pass a background check and occupational health screening.
Active & Engaged Work Frequent standing walking kneeling and bending.
Hands-On Support Lifting up to 50-75 lbs may be required.
Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings.
Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.65 per hour (based on experience certification and education)
